The Kethane drill has two small Kethane tanks and the converter has one, once connected collectively all these tanks will fill at the identical fee. When converting kethane (which you can begin with motion group 8) RCS will mechanically fill the RCS tanks on the cargo lander. However Liquid and Oxidizer fuels need to be pumped. The converter has an oscarB tank which it is going to fill as it converts, hooked up to the tank is a TAC gas balancer machine (which I name the gas pump).
