The Kethane drill has two small Kethane tanks and the converter has one, as soon as related together all these tanks will fill on the similar rate. When changing kethane (which you can begin with motion group 8) RCS will robotically fill the RCS tanks on the cargo lander. But Liquid and Oxidizer fuels need to be pumped. The converter has an oscarB tank which it is going to fill as it converts, connected to the tank is a TAC gasoline balancer machine (which I name the gas pump). (unfortunately the entire operation shuts down once you go over 2.4km away)
